Design and Evaluation of Screening Smoke Compositions Based on Red Phosphorus in Open Field Conditions

This research describes the design and evaluation of screening smoke compositions based on red phosphorus (RP), in open field conditions. In defense applications, is used for both signaling screening. Defense forces use over their operational areas to conceal positions activities from ground or air observation performed by enemy. this research, various optimized charges RP were prepared tested investigate IR VIS effectiveness static dynamic conditions establish parameters that influence time (ST- active small solid hot particles suspended air). addition, study projected a mathematical model describe concealing civil military target optimizing compositions. The approach clarifies limitations reducing charge while maintaining adequate time. empirical estimates generated (aerosol) through laboratory experiments studies. According experimental results, more should be kept atmosphere maintain screen sustain aerosol density considered volume.
